The density cleaner is divided into: high-concentration, medium-concentration, and low-concentration. It mainly removes heavy impurities in waste paper, such as gravel, gravel, sand, broken glass, staples, small iron pieces, etc. The pulp enters from the pulp inlet and forms a rotating pulp flow along the backflow head. Due to the pressure difference between the pulp inlet and the pulp outlet conduit, the coarse pulp moves downward and centripetally while rotating, and the heavy impurities that obtain greater centrifugal force due to high-speed rotation move in a direction perpendicular to the inner wall of the vertebral body, and under the action of gravity, they gather in the lower part of the vertebral body and enter the slag collecting chamber.
