The vacuum suction box is a dehydration element of the fourdrinier paper machine. When the pulp reaches the vacuum suction box, the concentration has reached 2%-3%. On low-speed paper machines, the concentration of pulp can reach about 11% when it passes through the vacuum suction box, while it can reach more than 15% on high-speed paper machines.

2.Frame: It is a stainless steel box structure, which requires high rigidity and small deformation. The brackets at both ends can be adjusted back and forth and up and down.
Stage 1: The moisture content of the wet paper web is very high, and the moisture is filtered and discharged under the pressure difference caused by vacuum, which is called free dehydration
Stage 2: The wet paper web is compressed under the pressure difference, and compression dehydration occurs
Stage 3: The air begins to penetrate the paper web, and a part of the moisture between the fibers is brought into the suction box with the airflow, forming aerodynamic dehydration.
