The vacuum suction roller is used for closed paper threading. The roller body material: no rubber coating, with graphite sealing strip and water spray pipe inside.
It is mainly used in the dehydration process of the net and press section. Its working principle is to use the negative pressure generated by the vacuum chamber of the vacuum roller to suck the water on the paper sheet or the felt cloth of the press section, and then suck it into the vacuum chamber through the holes on the roller body, and finally discharge it through the vacuum suction pipe on the operating side of the vacuum roller.
1. Pulp processing: After the raw pulp comes out of the headbox, it is evenly spread on the mesh cloth, which is supported and driven by the breast roller and the couch roller. In this process, the vacuum suction roller begins to play a role.
2. Dehydration process: The vacuum suction roller uses the negative pressure generated in the vacuum chamber to remove the moisture from the paper sheet or felt cloth. This process is completed through the holes on the roller body. The design of the holes allows the water to flow smoothly into the vacuum chamber.
3. Drainage and monitoring: During the dehydration process, there will be special drains and vacuum meters to monitor the vacuum degree and drainage. These devices can help staff to find problems in time and make corresponding adjustments.
4. Continuous operation: The vacuum suction roller needs to be cleaned and maintained regularly during operation to ensure that it always maintains good working condition. For example, the impurities on the suction hole can be flushed by driving the nozzle to reciprocate.
