Papermaking low pressure fan nozzle is a kind of spray spray equipment specially designed for papermaking industry. It can provide a wide spray range at low pressure and is suitable for a variety of application scenarios, such as cloth cleaning, paper lubrication, pulp washing, etc.
Wire cleaning: Using low-pressure fan nozzles can effectively clean the net and remove impurities and dirt on the wire.
Paper lubrication: In the papermaking process, using low-pressure fan nozzles to lubricate the paper can improve the quality and production efficiency of the paper.
Pulp washing: In the pulp washing process, low-pressure fan nozzles can evenly distribute the washing liquid and improve the washing effect.

The H/U series nozzles are characterized by the ability to produce high-impact liquid column flow or fan-shaped spray with a spray angle of 0°-110°.
The spray produced by this nozzle is evenly distributed with small to medium droplet sizes. When several nozzles are required to produce overlapping sprays, the characteristic tapering spray edge makes the spray coverage area evenly distributed.
The H-VV and H-VVL series universal fan nozzles have a flow rate of less than 3.9 liters/minute at 3 bar pressure and have external pipe threaded connectors. Internal pipe threaded connectors can be provided by replacing VV with DT in the order number.
H-VVL indicates that a filter will be installed in the nozzle (no filter when the internal pipe threaded connector is used).
H-U and U Series Universal Flat Fan Nozzles are rated for 3.9 l/min or greater at 3 bar and have male pipe thread connections.
