2. Photoelectric sensor
The working principle of the deflection corrector is to use a photoelectric sensor to detect the edge position of the coil, send the measured position error signal to the controller, and after judgment and processing by the control unit, control the drive motor to correct the deviated coil to the correct position22.
3. Controller
The correction controller is the core of the electronic correction system. It receives the position deviation signal sent by the photoelectric sensor, performs logical operations, and finally sends a control signal to the mechanical actuator to drive the mechanical actuator to perform correction action.
4. Mechanical actuator
The mechanical actuator is the part of the correction device used to implement the correction action. It corrects the serpentine deviation of the material during operation according to the instructions of the controller to ensure the linear movement of the material.
