Classification

Polyester woven dryer mesh can be divided into one-and-a-half-layer dryer mesh, double-layer dryer mesh, flat wire dryer mesh, double-diameter flat wire dryer mesh and special material woven dryer mesh according to its type.

Application

• Three-shelf and four-shelf series one-and-a-half-layer polyester woven dryer mesh is suitable for drying cultural paper, printing paper, packaging paper, etc.
• Flat wire dryer mesh and double-diameter flat wire polyester woven dryer mesh are generally suitable for the front group of drying cylinders in the drying section, and all high-grade papers can be selected.
• Special material woven dryer mesh has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high wear resistance, and aging resistance. It is mainly used for paper drying in paper mills and in drying parts of other industries.

Specific application of paper machines

Our company’s woven dryer mesh has two types: round wire and flat wire.

• 24503/22503 is suitable for multi-cylinder papermaking machines, used in the first 3 groups of drying cylinders, and produces paper below 70 grams.
• 24504/22504/20654/4106 are used in multi-cylinder papermaking machines. Due to their high air permeability, they are generally used in the back half of the drying cylinder of papermaking machines to produce paper of more than 70 grams.
• 4106-2/18688/16904 flat wire dryer net is generally used in multi-cylinder papermaking machines, paper drying in the first 3 groups, and high-grade paper.
