Cylinder mould is the main part in cylinder paper machine,it is used for the first set of finishing equipment behind the paper machine.

Structure

Cast iron /stainless steel spokes, thickness 40mm, spoke pitch 180mm, stainless steel rods, and stainless steel belt width 1.5mm. The rod is a φ12mm stainless steel rod, shaft 45 # steel quenched and tempered, and a straight shaft with a sleeve. The sealing tube is made of steel diameter 300mm and a thickness of 20mm. After assembly, the overall surface should be ground and balanced. The straightness of the mesh surface should not be more than 0.03mm / m, and the total length should be less than 0.1mm. Weight of 1.0 ‰

The rims on the outermost sides are cast with protruding rims to form a seal with the corresponding part of the mesh groove to isolate the inside and outside of the cage.

It is required to filter the water evenly and not cause excessive agitation in the mesh trough when rotating. It should have sufficient rigidity and accurate geometry, and it should be installed horizontally. The cage-bearing device is outside the cage. Both ends of the cage are in communication with the side box of the cage. After the slurry is put on the Internet, it is filtered into the white water of the net cage, enters the side box from both ends of the net cage, and is pumped out by the white water pump for recycling.

The inner net of the cage is generally 8-16 mesh, which is mainly used to disperse the pressure of the couch roll and maintain the surface net flat. The surface mesh is relatively dense and is used to filter fibers to form a paper web, generally 40-100 mesh. The selection of the mesh purpose is mainly determined by the type of paper produced. The most commonly used mesh for the production of general cultural paper is 65 mesh.

Stainless steel sheet cages are divided into two specifications: one is a wound sheet type, and the other is a string type.

 

The wound sheet type cage is characterized in that several stainless steel rods in the shell form a cylindrical shape with a gap and a plurality of grooves are provided on each stainless steel rod. One end of the stainless steel flat steel is inserted into the groove and welded to form it.
