Working principle

Pulping is to use the mechanical action method of the grinding disc tooth pattern to process the fibers in the pulp, so that it can be loosened, cut appropriately and separated into silk brooms; more importantly, the fibers absorb water and swell during pulping, making them have higher elasticity and plasticity, meeting the requirements of papermaking machine production, so that the produced paper can reach the expected quality indicators.

Feature

• Alloy grinding discs have a higher hardness than ductile iron and stainless steel, and higher chromium white and nickel hard white grinding discs have better impact toughness.
• Pulp that has been cooked or mechanically ground, screened and bleached cannot be used directly for papermaking. Because the fibers in the pulp lack the necessary flexibility, the bonding force between the fibers is not ideal enough. If it is used to make paper, the paper will be loose and porous, with a rough surface and low strength, which cannot meet the requirements of use.
• The grinding disc is the “heart” of the pulping machine. Each specification of the grinding disc has several to dozens of tooth types.
