In order to cool and shape the paper web and humidify it, and eliminate static electricity on the paper web, the operating side of the reel cylinder is equipped with an air-water joint for connecting cooling water to spray directly onto the inner wall of the reel cylinder to cool the cylinder. In addition, there is an air inlet, and when actually needed, compressed air can be introduced through the operating console to achieve pressurized drainage, thereby further improving the cooling effect.
