YFY SERIES MULTI-FUNCTIONAL CLEANER

The slag remover is divided into: high-concentration, medium-concentration, and low-concentration. It mainly removes heavy impurities in waste paper, such as gravel, gravel, sand, broken glass, staples, small iron pieces, etc. The pulp enters from the pulp inlet and forms a rotating pulp flow along the backflow head. Due to the pressure difference between the pulp inlet and the pulp outlet conduit, the coarse pulp moves downward and centripetally while rotating, and the heavy impurities that obtain greater centrifugal force due to high-speed rotation move in a direction perpendicular to the inner wall of the vertebral body, and under the action of gravity, they gather in the lower part of the vertebral body and enter the slag collecting chamber.

Product Introduction

YFY multifunctional centricleaner can control the density of coarse slag by axial washing water, which can control the loss of fiber effectively. With less fiber loss, the required number of centricleaners and stages are reduced correspondingly. The separation efficiency is higher, and the operation density is up to 2%.
The ceramic cone is made under the isostatic press, and the outer wall is processed by a CNC lathe, the size accuracy is high, and the inner surface is very smooth.
The reject content in the coarse pulp is high and the fiber loss is smaller. Through the dilution of the coarse and continuous pulp removal in all sections, the blocking phenomenon will not occur during the operation.
The main features are reducing fiber loss, improving capacity, and reducing the number of stages and centricleaner.
