The density cleaner is divided into: high-concentration, medium-concentration, and low-concentration. It mainly removes heavy impurities in waste paper, such as gravel, gravel, sand, broken glass, staples, small iron pieces, etc. The pulp enters from the pulp inlet and forms a rotating pulp flow along the backflow head. Due to the pressure difference between the pulp inlet and the pulp outlet conduit, the coarse pulp moves downward and centripetally while rotating, and the heavy impurities that obtain greater centrifugal force due to high-speed rotation move in a direction perpendicular to the inner wall of the vertebral body, and under the action of gravity, they gather in the lower part of the vertebral body and enter the slag collecting chamber.
YLG continuous type and YJG intermittent type high consistency centric-leaner can remove the reject and prevent the subsequent equipment from abrasion effectively. Due to the specially optimized pulp inlet, the centricleaner can remove heavy rejects such as sand, glass chips, staples, etc.
The wear resistance of centricleaners can be greatly enhanced by using ceramic cones. The unique design of the flushing water device can minimize fiber loss through flushing water. The TLG and TJG high consistency centricleaner can operate from one to two stages without pump, which can reduce the initial investment and the maintenance cost greatly. After the treatment of a two-stage centricleaner, the heavy reject such as sand in the pulp can be separated early.
For changing the output, only the feed head needs to be replaced, and other parts of the equipment do not need to be replaced.
